1. About Nelab

Nelab ("we," "us," "our") operates the Nelab mobile application and website, providing a booking, payment, and exploration platform for sport communities, pools, gyms, fitness venues, and sports studios in Oman. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information (name, email, phone number) when creating an account.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Nelab. Users under 18 require the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Bookings & Services

Nelab lets you book classes, sessions, memberships, day passes, and community events at partner venues.
Bookings are confirmed instantly in the app after successful payment and appear under "My Bookings".
Venues, gyms, studios, and community partners are responsible for delivering the booked service. If a venue cancels or materially changes a service you paid for, you are entitled to a refund under our Refund Policy.
You must comply with the rules of the venue you visit (opening hours, safety rules, gender-specific sessions where applicable).

4. Venue, Studio & Community Partners

Venue, gym, studio, and community partners must provide valid commercial registration, accurate bank account information for payment processing, and maintain appropriate insurance and licenses.
Partners agree that Nelab retains a commission on bookings, memberships, and events processed through the platform, at a rate agreed individually with each partner.
Partners must keep their listed prices, schedules, and availability accurate and up to date on the platform.
Non-solicitation: Partners may not use Nelab to identify, contact, or redirect customers toward completing a booking or payment outside the app. All payments for bookings made through Nelab must be processed through the app.
No overcharging: Partners may not charge a higher price on Nelab for a service than they charge for the same service through any other channel.
Partner payouts are processed twice a month, on the 1st and 16th (or the next business day if falling on a weekend or public holiday), covering bookings completed since the prior payout cycle.
Violating the non-solicitation or no-overcharging rules may result in withheld payouts, suspension, or termination of the partner account.
Commission rates and payout terms agreed with each partner are confidential and must not be disclosed to other partners or third parties.
Indemnification: Partners agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nelab from any claims, liabilities, or legal costs resulting from injuries, property loss, or incidents occurring at their facilities or sessions.
Either party may end the partnership with one month's written notice. Nelab may suspend or terminate a partnership immediately, without notice, for safety concerns, breach of these terms, or other serious concerns.

5. Payments & Cancellations

All prices are displayed in Omani Rial (OMR).
Payments are processed securely by Thawani, a licensed Omani payment gateway. We accept card payments (Visa / Mastercard).
Nelab does not store your card details. Payment data is handled by Thawani according to their terms and privacy policy.
Strict 24-Hour Refund Rule: Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the session start time are eligible for a full refund (minus applicable payment gateway fees where stated). Cancellations made 24 hours or less prior to the start time are strictly non-refundable. For full details, refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Community Features & Content Licensing

Nelab includes communities, group chat, events, and posts. You are responsible for the content you share.
You may not post content that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or infringes others' rights.
Content License: By uploading images, venue logos, or session details, partners and users grant Nelab a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host, and use such content to operate and promote the platform.
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to access other users' accounts or data, interfering with the service's operation, using the platform for fraudulent bookings or payments, or reselling bookings without our consent.

8. Liability & Physical Disclaimer

Physical Risk: Nelab is a booking platform. Physical activities at venues (swimming, training, fitness classes) carry inherent risks — you participate at your own risk and should ensure you are medically fit to participate.
Venues, studios, and sports communities are independent businesses; Nelab is not liable for injuries, losses, or property damages occurring at partner venues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with refunds for undelivered paid services handled under the Refund Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Oman.
