Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Class & Session Bookings
- You may cancel a booking at any time from the "My Bookings" section of the app.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session start time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time are not eligible for a refund.
- Missed sessions (no-shows) are not eligible for a refund.
2. Community Event Payments
Paid community event tickets follow the same rule: cancellations more than 24 hours before the event start are refund-eligible; cancellations within 24 hours are not.
3. Memberships & Passes
Gym and pool memberships and day passes are activated immediately after purchase and are non-refundable once activated, except where the venue is unable to honour the membership. If a venue cannot provide the purchased service, contact us and we will issue a full refund.
4. Cancelled or Changed Sessions
If a venue or organizer cancels or materially changes a session or event you paid for, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of timing.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
- When you cancel an eligible booking, it is marked as "Refund requested" in the app.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds are issued in Omani Rial (OMR) for the amount paid.
