Service Delivery Procedure

1. Digital Delivery

Nelab sells digital services only — bookings, memberships, and event tickets. Nothing is physically shipped, so there are no delivery charges or shipping times.

2. How Delivery Works

1. You select a class, session, membership, or event in the Nelab app.
2. You pay securely by card (Visa / Mastercard) through Thawani, our licensed Omani payment gateway.
3. Once payment is confirmed, your booking or membership is activated instantly.
4. Your confirmed booking appears immediately under "My Bookings" in the app, and memberships appear on the venue's page under your account.

3. If Something Goes Wrong

If your payment succeeds but the booking does not appear in the app within a few minutes, contact us at thenelabco@gmail.com with your account email and payment details. We will confirm the booking manually or issue a full refund per our Refund Policy.
