Data Deletion Request

Nelab ("we," "us," "our") refers to the Nelab mobile app, developed and operated by Nelab. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and personal data.

1. Delete Your Account In-App

You can permanently delete your account yourself, without contacting us:

Open the Nelab app and sign in.
Go to Profile.
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Confirm by tapping Delete my account.

Your account is deleted immediately — there is no waiting period.

2. What Gets Deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your account, profile, bookings, memberships, chat messages, and community activity. This cannot be undone.

3. What We Retain

Payment and booking transaction records may be retained after deletion where we are legally required to keep them (for example, accounting, tax, or dispute-resolution obligations), consistent with our Privacy Policy. This data is kept only as long as legally required and is not used for any other purpose.

4. Can't Access the App?

If you can no longer sign in, or want to request deletion without using the app, email us at support@nelab.app from your registered email address, with the subject "Delete my data." We will delete your account and personal data within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to retain as described above.
